- Min 5+ years of experience of MFT platform on installation, administration, configuration for IBM sterling integrator, Goanywhere
- Good experience on Job scheduling tool Stonebranch.
- Good experience on Linux, Windows system administration
- Troubleshooting all the system and platform issues
- Software upgrades, patch Management
- Experience in working with Multi-Vendor environment
- Experience in handling Offshore/Onshore Delivery Model
- Experience in handling Production support engagements covering 24/7 Applications and Environment with Key metrics focused and Reporting(SLA,Response Time etc.,)
Experience in engaging customer to showcase capabilities, exploring New opportunities, Contract Management, Project Status Reporting
